Dr. Almel Sachin

My father had suffered prostate cancer last 2 years.... The whole treatment from radiation to chemotherapy completed under Dr sachin Almel guidance.. During chemo most of the time we ask queries on his (sachin) whatsaap number but that time he didn't reply instantly... After 6 chemo cycle he suggested oral chemo for my father without prescribing any Medical test.... During last month my father was admitted to Hinduja hospital due to deficiency of sodium, potassium level.... But at that time before admitted we make Liver function test on our own basis.... Such test specifically mention high level of bilirubin which causes to jaundice but sachin sir neglect such report & we also request him to make such Liver function test at the time of admission to hospital but he didn't accept our request & only give treatment on sodium, potassium, albumin. Father get discharged on 3rd march 2019 .But again on 15th march 2019 father get drowsy due to high level blood ammonia ...such blood ammonia level increase due to high level of bilirubin ***** ********* ** ** ****** ***** on 1st March when father was admitted.. Before that on 8th March 2019 we take appointment of Dr sachin Almel for discussion of PSA report. PSA level was 1950... So we asking him can we did some additional mediacal test & liver function test.. That time also he refused our request & said do only PSMA Pet scan... But we did Liver function test on our own basis on 15 th March 2019 ...on that test we come to know bilirubin increases to 2.9 ...which causes high ammonia & damaged live function*** *** ** ***** ****** ****** ** ***** * he died on 21 March 201****** ****** ******* ******** ** **** ******** *** ****** ********* ************ ** ****** ***** ********* ** **** ****** So request please don't refer to such Dr sachin Almel
